STARGAZING AT THE MAUSOLEUM! Join us on Thursday 15th October for an evening of stargazing from the dramatic hilltop location of Monteath Mausoleum. See the huge Borders skyscape through real astronomical telescopes and learn to spot the stars and planets in our galaxy. 

As part of the South of Scotland Dark Sky Festival  we have teamed up with Ancrum Astronomy Club for two hours of discovery and learning using their high quality equipment and experienced staff. From 7pm to 9pm the event is suitable for adults and older children, look out for the road signs on the A68 just above Lilliardsedge Holiday Park. Admission is free, though we welcome donations to support the Mausoleum upkeep.
